Instructions for presenters

Abstract Submission Guidelines

The abstract should contain no more than 300 words that illustrate original research, or experience from the field on the subjects which have never been presented at any international conference.

All submissions should fall under following sub-themes:

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by an independent Scientific Committee.

The authors of the accepted abstracts will be invited to participate in the Conference, either as oral or poster presentations.

If accepted to present in the main conference sessions, the author may be required to adjust the scope of their presentation to fit with the session objectives and format.

Submission Instructions

  • Abstract submission opens: 18 July 2019
  • Abstract submission closes: 15 September 2019
  • Registration opens: 18 July 2019
  • Registration closes: 10 November 2019

All abstracts must be submitted electronically at the Conference website:


There will be an exhibit area for Member States, NGOs and universities. Please note the following information about the exhibition:

  • No Commercial/Industry Branding of any kind is allowed. Logos from non- commercial entities, such as universities and NGOs, are acceptable. Company brochures, if they are to be displayed, will need to be printed without any commercial logos and branding on devices will need to be covered.
  • Exhibition space consists of one table (1.8 m by 0.6 m)
  • It is important that you or another designated representative be present at your table during the exhibit times (coffee breaks and lunch).
